Ordering

How do I place an order?


Simply click on the "Place An Order" link on the top menu, where you will be directed to complete an order form. You can expect a response within 1-2 business days, unless otherwise specified.




How soon in advance should I book?


The sooner, the better! We book events up to 1 year in advance, and at least 2 weeks notice is required for custom orders.




How does payment work?


50% of your order total is due within 24 hours of receiving the invoice to retain your requested date. Without this retainer, the date remains available for other customers who may want to book. The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to event (unless otherwise stated). For wedding orders, the remaining balance is due 2 weeks prior to your wedding. This is non-negotiable.




Why isn't pricing listed? How much do you charge?


Pricing varies based on size, design, and other factors (delivery, setup, cake tasting, etc). Please be sure to include serving size and any photos for inspiration on your order form for the most accurate quote. Thank you!




Do you offer wholesale pricing?

Do you ship baked goods?


Yes! We deliver to all US states & territories. Please include your zip code on the order form for accurate pricing.




Can you ship cakes?


Pound cakes and cake jars can be shipped; custom cakes, however, cannot.
